Crashing Waves and Spraying Blowholes on the Coral shore of Varadero Beach Cuba

A short walk up Varadero Beach from the Iberostar Laguna Azul resort, this coral outcropping emerges from the beach sand all the way to the shore line. On days like this the waves crash into the coral shore and into blow holes with water sprays everywhere. It really is spectacular to see the power of the waves.

The Iberostar Laguna Azul Beach Resort is located on a beautiful stretch of Vardero Beach, about 10 miles from the city centre of Varadero Cuba and about 25 miles or a 30 minute drive from Varadero Airport. There are 814 spacious hotel rooms at the Iberostar Laguna Azul Beach Resort along with 6 swimming pools, a theater, a night club, 5 resaurants and a number of bars.

Varadero Cuba is a beach resort town located on Cuba’s northern coast, with it’s 20 km stretch of beaches, it is one of the largest resort areas in the Caribbean.
