A Day on the Amalfi Coast Italy
On this trip to Italy, the allure of the Amalfi Coast was very present in our minds. Positano, Ravello and of course Amalfi were all place we wanted to see, not to mention the mountains, plunging into the Mediterranean Sea, that make up the rugged and winding coastline of the Amalfi Coast. So we hired a car and driver and spent a day driving along the winding road that follows the Amalfi coastline stopping at all the lookouts and all the towns along the way. The Amalfi Coast with all the cliffs and coves, beaches and towns that make up this winding rugged coastline is simply spectacular.
The Amalfi Coast is part of the Meditarranian coastline along the southern coast of the Sorrentine Peninsula, in the Italian Province of Salerno in Southern Italy.
