The Iberostar Laguna Azul Beach Resort… Early in the morning… Cuba… Varadero Beach… It all seems so familiar…Am I having a deja vous?? No I really was here… in Cuba… on Varadero Beach… and at the Iberostar Laguna Azul Beach Resort before and Now I’m Back. Why you may ask, well when our little group decided to go to the Caribbean again we thought The Iberostar Laguna Azul Beach Resort on Varadero Beach in Cuba is a really nice resort on an Amazing Beach, but we’d already been there once, so where to next. We wanted to travel with the same group that we travelled with when we were at the Iberostar Laguna Azul beach resort the first time, so we had to find a resort with availability that suited everyone’s schedule, the Iberostar Laguna Azul beach resort had availability. We had to find a beach resort that was in everyone’s budget, the Iberostar Laguna Azul was in everyone’s budget. We had to find a beach resort that was rated at a level everyone was comfortable with, the Iberostar Laguna Azul was rated well. And since we were traveling with children we had to find a beach resort with reasonable flight times, and guess which beach resort was the only one that worked with everything we needed… The Iberostar Laguna Azul.
The Iberostar Laguna Azul Beach Resort is located on a beautiful stretch of Vardero Beach, about 10 miles from the city centre of Varadero Cuba and about 25 miles or a 30 minute drive from Varadero Airport. There are 814 spacious hotel rooms at the Iberostar Laguna Azul Beach Resort along with 6 swimming pools, a theater, a night club, 5 resaurants and a number of bars.
Varadero Cuba is a beach resort town located on Cuba’s northern coast, with it’s 20 km stretch of beaches, it is one of the largest resort areas in the Caribbean.
